Our passion, research, and constant effort to create a high phenolic organic olive oil rewarded us with a surprising, exceptional result.

The centuries old olive trees located in the mountainous, mainly sunny area of Selino, southwest Crete give PAMAKO its fine aromas and pungent spicy and bitter taste.

While using traditional methods of cultivation and harvesting, we introduced several new milling, bottling and storage methods to produce an extraordinary olive oil.

So PAMAKO was born.
