The aim of our company is the authentic flavor and the excellent quality of the Ha – Extra Virgin Olive Oil, from the area of the well-known gorge of “Ha” in Eastern Crete, to become accessible and reach to as many family tables as possible.
We harvest from mid-October. The olive oil production is done in certified two-phase olive mills as well as the standardization according to ISO 22000: 2005 standards.
The olive oil is analyzed chemically and tastefully and is divided according to its aftertaste into Mild (Blue Bottle), Intense (Silver Bottle), High Phenolic (White Bottle) and the famous PDO Sitia Lasithiou Crete from Lasithi mountains.
