Francesco Cillo’s olive trees grow on a millennia-old hilly land of clay and blue sand typical of Lucania (Basilicata region, Italy).
The olive trees are spread over various sites where traces of olive cultivation have been found dating back to the 6th century v. Chr. and they develop their quality thanks to the microclimate of the area.

Otello is the new intense fruity identity of the precious Francesco Cillo EVO oils and owes its name to the famous opera he loved so much.
A limited series of 5000 numbered bottles, dedicated to the most demanding palates.
The character of the oil Otello, intensely fruity, comes from the collection of olives ripened in the second decade of October. Selected by careful experts, it is the proportions of the varieties that make up its strong and decisive personality. The proportion of Cultivar, carefully selected by experts, gives this refined oil a strong and intense aroma.

Otello – Intense Fruity 500ml (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)

The design of each bottle, made of dark amber glass, has been studied in terms of shape and details and produced in accordance with Francesco Cillo’s philosophy.
The labels are made with Tintoretto Fedrigoni Cartiere paper and decorated with fine details. The aluminum cap is threaded. The inner dispenser is protected with anti-fill spout and the safety capsule is shrink-wrapped.
