The activity of the mill begins at the end of September and lasts until the end of December; in this period olives from the territory of Montepulciano and the surrounding area are processed. The milling process, at our family oil mill, is carried out with a continuous cold extraction system, the plant is certified for processing: Organic, Vegan, Tuscan IGP and Terre di Siena PDO.
About Producer
Small-scale family production. The olives are harvested by hand and early, and taken to the mill that is 1km away from the orchard.The fruits are selected and processed shortly after harvesting,so the properties of the fruit are preserved. The oil is filtered and stored in stainless steel tanks. The Harvest Campaign has become a family event, everyone participates responsibly, distributing enthusiasm and respect for the orchard, the mill and the entire team.
