The history of Casa de Santo Amaro, begins in 14 October 1687, and is currently in the possession of the eighth family generation. During the year, we take care of the olive trees of our farm, and we harvest the fruits in Autumn. The olives are transported directly from the field to our olive mill, and immediately processed at Cold Extraction. We make the storage and the packaging of our Extra Virgin Olive!
