Product Description

The attached olive oil has been extracted from the Amfissis variety olives in the period between October to December 2020. The olives were pressed at 23°C with the family’s new press machine in compliance with all hygiene and olive oil pressing procedures and regulations. After extraction the olive oil is stored in modern INOX tanks until it is filtered, bottled and labelled in the Mamarelis-owned property.
