The high quality olive oil “Eleandros” includes two different and unique varieties of oil trees, the Manaki and the Koroneiko. The harvest begins early, at the beginning of October, ensuring a rich flavoured, with high phenolics and low accidities, olive oil. The extraction of the olive oil begins right after the harvest under the process of cold elision, maintaining the original quality and characteristics of the oil.
The Limniotis family cultivates their own olive groves and produces, for over four generations, a unique and high standard olive oil by the name Eleandros, inspired by the greek mythology. The olive groves are located in the region of Agioi Theodoroi, at the foothills of the Gerania Mountain, and are cultivated with harmonized and friendly practises towards the environment, emphasizing a better quality of life and a healthier lifestyle.
