The high quality olive oil “Eleandros” includes two different and unique varieties of oil trees, the Manaki and the Koroneiko. The harvest begins early, at the beginning of October, ensuring a rich flavoured, with high phenolics and low accidities, olive oil. The extraction of the olive oil begins right after the harvest under the process of cold elision, maintaining the original quality and characteristics of the oil.
