LAI extra virgin olive oil is certified organic and is produced and bottled in Greece. Organic cultivation is something we take seriously. In the last 28 years, since we have planted the grove, no kind of pesticide nor chemical compound has been utilized. The collection of olives is obtained solely by mechanical means and pressing happens within max 6 hours of collection, ensuring strong and colourful aromas with equivalent notes of pungency and bitterness and a relatively high amount of polyphenols.
